Through Ideafoorumi's website you may send ideas and development suggestions to Hartwall as well as materials relating to these (text, drawings, pictures etc). These materials are herein all referred to as “mate-rial”. Your use of the Ideaforum site is conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein.

Prior to submitting any material to Hartwall you will use reasonable efforts to ensure that any such mate-rial that you submit to Hartwall (a) does not contain anything that is unlawful, infringing, inappropriate or otherwise unfit for publication, (b) is free from viruses or other contaminating or destructive features. You ensure that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the material you provide to Hartwall and that the use of the material does not infringe any third party rights. You are liable for possible claims and de-mands presented by third parties relating to the materials and for all costs relating to such claims and de-mands.

By submitting material to Hartwall, you assign all the rights to the material to Hartwall and you grant Hartwall full right to use the material in Hartwall’s business. In case Hartwall decides to use in its business any material that you have submitted, Hartwall might give you a reasonable compensation for the use. The possible compensation will be discussed separately.
