Jan-Kees Nieman, Managing Director

Jan-Kees Nieman has served as Managing Director of Hartwall as of September 2009.  Nieman joined Heineken in 1993 and has served in a number of increasingly senior management roles within the organisation, including as Managing Director of Heineken’s Dutch soft drinks subsidiary, Vrumona.

Rob Kleinjan, Finance Director


Rob Kleinjan has served as the Finance Director for the Heineken company Alken-Maes in Belgium for the past three years and for Heineken all together for almost 15 years in several finance positions. Rob joined Hartwall in autumn 2011.

Bauke van Nielen, Operational Director

Bauke van Nielen came to Hartwall from Heineken in Nigeria in autumn 2011. Bauke has been employed by Heineken since 1996 in several different positions in Netherlands, Slovakia, Cambodia, Singapore and Russia.

Seppo Salkoharju, Managing Director, Hartwa-Trade, Director, On-Premise, Hartwall

Seppo has served as the Managing Director of Hartwall’s subsidiary Hartwa-Trade as from spring 2006. His area of responsibility was extended in autumn 2011 to include On-Premise at Hartwall.

Marko Airamaa, Sales Director, Off-Premise

Hartwall's National Account Manager Marko Airamaa was nominated Sales Director for Off-Premise in autumn 2011.  Marko came to Hartwall from Mars Finland Oy in the year 2010.

Ann-Marie Hämäläinen, Marketing Director

Head of Customer Marketing in Off-Premise Ann-Mari Hämäläinen was nominated Marketing Director in autumn 2011. Ann-Mari has had a successfull career at Hartwall since she joined in the year 2000 and has had several different positions in both marketing and sales.  

Leena Nyström, HR Director

Leena Nyström was appointed as Hartwall's HR Director and member of the Executive Management Team in autumn 2010. She joined Hartwall from Deloitte, where she served as HR Leader and Member of the Deloitte Finland Management Team.  

Pekka Lindroos, Legal and Corporate Relations Director

Pekka Lindroos, LL.M., trained on the Bench, has served as Hartwall’s HR Director since 2004. From November, 2010 Lindroos has been appointed as Legal and Corporate Relations Director. As part of corporate relations, he also leads sustainability issues at Hartwall, reflecting Hartwall's increased focus on CSR agenda.
