“The trends for health, naturalness and wellness are picking up momentum. People are increasingly health-conscious and want to enjoy even healthier and more natural foods and beverages,” says Matti Ristola, Hartwall’s Category Marketing Manager, Soft Drinks.

“Hartwall caters to demand by engaging in continuous product development. Hartwall is the Finnish pioneer in the use of natural flavourings in soft drinks. Our continuous product development ensures that we always use the best possible ingredients,” adds Ristola.

Nothing but natural flavours

Hartwall Jaffa soft drinks are now more natural than ever – only natural aromas are used in all of the variants. The flavour of Hartwall Jaffa always comes from real fruits.

“We have now reviewed and updated the recipes of all the Jaffa family members. Before this, many of our Hartwall Jaffa soft drinks were made from natural flavours, but now we use natural flavouring exclusively. As the taste comes from real fruit, it further enhances the Original and genuine promise of Hartwall Jaffa,” says Ristola.

The flavours of Hartwall Jaffa soft drinks are just as deliciously fruity as ever. However, we have revamped the look of Hartwall Jaffa’s packaging. The new look more effectively communicates the naturalness and fresh fruity taste of Hartwall Jaffa. All the packaging features a label stating that their flavour comes from real fruit.

Hartwall Jaffa Tropiikin Guava Light – a treat for the summer heat

This summer, the Hartwall Jaffa range will be rounded out with an exotic new soft drink – Hartwall Jaffa Tropiikin Guava Light. This newcomer to the Hartwall Jaffa family has a refreshingly fruity taste that is not overly sweet. Its natural colour is a tempting and eye-catching shade of pink.

”Consumers have come to expect us to launch new summertime flavours to round out our familiar selection. Young people in particular are keen to try new flavours,” says Ristola.

The energy content of the new Hartwall Jaffa Tropiikin Guava Light is 10 kcal/dl. Its sugar content is 2 g/dl.

Tropiikin Guava Light will be launched at the beginning of April and it will be sold in 0.5 and 1.5 litre recyclable plastic bottles.
