Functional Consultant

In Royal Unibrew, we are right now looking for a Functional Consultant who is passionate about communication, stakeholder engagement, and business process understanding. You’ll be the voice of our users translating their needs into actionable insights for our technical teams and ensuring our solutions truly support the business.

You’ll join our Customer Insights & Solution team, where we work across markets to deliver scalable, user centric solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.

Your role

In this role, you’ll act as the key link between our business users and IT.
You’ll spend your time engaging with stakeholders across countries, understanding their workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve how we use digital platforms.
You won’t be expected to have heavy technical knowhow, but you’ll need to understand the technology well enough to collaborate effectively with developers and architects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with users across markets to gather insights, needs, and feedback.
Translating business requirements into clear, structured input for technical teams.
Supporting the rollout and adoption of digital solutions across countries.
Promoting standardization and best practices in platform usage.
Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Documenting processes, requirements, and solution designs.

Your profile

Extensive experience working with business applications; preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
Strong communication and facilitation skills—you’re comfortable leading discussions and workshops.
A solid understanding of business processes and how digital tools can support them.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse is a plus.
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Translate needs into concrete features and user stories according to agile methodologies.
Minimum 2 years in a similar role, e.g. business analyst, IT analyst, process analyst.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
